80,000 square feet of commercial development including a 12 screen multiplex theater and a small hotel. Gasser South is approx 12 acres being developed in association with Hearn Construction. Gasser North
Approximately 21 acres being developed by BLT Enterprises. Gasser North will include approximately 500 units of high density housing, and 70,000 square feet of commercial and retail space.
South Napa Shelter
The Gasser Foundation plans a transitional housing complex in addition to the current 60 bed shelter homeless shelter. The transitional housing complex will provide the next step for those who are ready to leave the homeless shelter but not yet able to be totally independent.
