Scholarships, Teacher’s Stipends

Scholarships

Every year the Gasser Foundation gives scholarships to each of the high schools in Napa County as well as the Napa College and the Napa Valley Adult School. Most grants are for $1,000.00 and with a preference given to aging out foster kids. To date, the Gasser Foundation has donated over $580,000 to local graduates.

Teacher's Stipends

Each year in September the Foundation invites elementary and middle school teachers in Napa County (public, private and religious) to apply for up to $500 grants. These grants are used for everything from new projectors, to field trips, to new musical instruments and planting school gardens. Grants are limited to two per school. As of 2010 the Foundation has made $453,606 in such grants.
